What do you do.....

When your in training and they jump up and tell you,"Oh, by the way, your training is done. Get to work." That was my scenario this morning. Needless to say I and my fellow abductees gave a resounding "Hell no! We won't go!" To say our training has been without direction is like saying water is wet. We managed to slow them down to the point where we actually did do some actual work but only with a experienced person right with us. Then afterwards we had one of the head trainers come in and try to give us the soap.

Sorry Nav, but don't try to feed blarney to the irish. We rejected his attempt to soft sell us on what "the expectations" were and told him in no uncertain terms what we needed, what we had not gotten and what expectations we had originally been given. Lets just say the man got an earful. But not a bitchy earful. He got a series of firmly stated declarations of what went wrong and how to fix it. Needless to say he tried to put in the old saws of "this is the way we do it here" and "our business partner says they want it done this way". Like hell. Give us what we want or watch your stats drop like an election writ.

Just gotta love it when you have to train a trainer in how to train.

The Navigator was the anvil that broke my back and caused my anxiety attack in August. How come all those kids that were playing that stupid tetris game didn't get fired on the spot when the manager caught them doing it?

I swear the training program is schizo. And he's the reason it is.
